This hotel is designed to make your Taipei visit enjoyable. It does not have all the bells and whistles that tourists typically do not need, but it has all the important things to make your trip even more fun. Love this hotel, I have already recommended to all my family members!

We requested a handicap room due to an injury of a family member, we were lucky to get one and it was wonderful and exactly what we needed.
The entire staff front desk to breakfast crews were all so very helpful and kind to serve us. Besides the handicap room we also had a room on the 12th floor and the view was amazing (1205)

Every staff was patient, polite, fast at responding to our requests.
Cleaning crew was amazing!
6 bottles of water, unheard of, thank you!
Services was beyond anything that we have ever experienced.
Property was well-maintained, clean and customer-eccentric.
I have recommended to my family and a few friends.

Great service, fully loaded amenities and huge studio apartment sized rooms making this one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in Taiwan. It’s great for young families with 1-2 kids in toll. Our little 4 year old loved his stay and was very sad having to say goodbye to Jolley. Can not recommend this accommodation more. Will definitely seek out its availability next time we plan to travel to Taiwan again.
