We liked the balcony and pool. We suggest you have more head caps to offer guests. The food was delicious and there was good variety. The front desk and restaurant staff were kind and friendly. The lady at the pool reception was not as friendly. We had difficulty turning on hot water for the shower but staff were able to show us. It shouldbe straight forward. I think there was something faulty with the equipment. Not being able to access other floors was an inconvenience for our family since we were on 2 different floors. There were a total of 17 of us. Overall out experience was good.
