Le Meridien Taipei

I check out of W Taipei and check In to Le Meridian Taipei on the 9th of November, both hotel claim to be 4.5-5 stars, room rates and location are similar, but the service was tereible at Le Meridian. My family checked into Le Meridian with a very UNFRIENDLY front desk staff. I paid extra to upgrade to Business suite in both hotels. I compare rooms with W Taipei, Le Meridian has plain room decorations, smaller living size and garden view vs W Taipei offers a direct Taipei 101 view. These hotel are not comparable to each other. While waiting for the room to be ready, my family decided to go to lunch on the 2nd floor chinese cuisine, just as I almost finished my lunch , a large piece of HUMAN TOENAILS was in my bow of rice, I immediately feel like to throw up, I made a complaint to the waitress, she replied that the Kitchen staff will make improvements, non of the management level personal come to comfort my family and apologized, nothing was compensated or offer, very disappointed with Le Meridians. I did not feel that Le Meridian Taipei is worth the money I spend.
