The staff was wonderful. Very helpful even though they didn't speak strong English. We were still able to communicate enough. The room was very clean which is what I mostly care about. Other than that, it's not a 5 star resort so do not expect a Hilton. For the price its a great place to stay and I'd stay there again. Its like a 10 minute walk from the Taipei Arena station. The Uber's would arrive to that location in less than 3 minutes. The area looks safe. I noticed there are a lot of parents and children in the area and it helped make me feel comfortable walking outside in the area.

Was booked for a family executive room, but a deluxe double was given. I believed that the room rate will be different. Yet. The staff at the front desk insisted that all the family executive rooms were occupied at the time we’re checked in. If that is the case, compensation recovery should be offered. However, there’s nothing happened. Furthermore, the kitchen sink in common room was filled with small flies in the morning when I and my family was trying to have breakfast there. Green garden used to be a good place that I loved on my previous visit, but the experience in this trip had disappointing me a lot. Hopefully, things can be back on the right track the soonest.

Excellent price for the stay of 4 as a family ;excellent staff who understand and are accommodating to flight delays ave unexpected trip changes due to the delay and strike... only downside is the MRT stations are about 9 min away by walking

Booked this hotel again after a three-year hiatus since Covid-19 started in 2020. Warming to find that most of the things have not changed. The same nice and clean rooms, friendly staff and cosy neighborhood... If there is one thing I find missing, it is the free refreshments that were offered at the community lounge (2nd floor) before Covid-19. My children loved the simple tidbits as they loitered in the lounge while waiting for the pick-up. Would be great if it was reintroduced. Small gesture but speaks volumes about the extra homeliness that always impresses me when I stayed.
