Excellent property for family with two kids. Subway is super close by with an elevator entrance (great for strollers). Japanese bath is relaxing so worth a try. Only thing I wish hotel improved on is water pressure in shower. Bidet made up for it however.

Couldn't be better located than this hotel. A few steps away from MRT station. Easily walkable to so many other areas. Rooms were clean (I'm OCD, so this is most important) and spacious, with tons of towels and basic toiletries, and delicious coffee and tea. Absolutely amazing staff all around!!! From the front desk to the restaurant to the folx who keep the place clean and comfortable - every single staff person we talked to was always extremely cordial and able to help to our immense satisfaction. Have recommended this place to all friends and family. Will stay again next time we're in Taipei!

Satisfaction of staff, hygiene, transportation convenience, kid’s friendly are all in top level. Even though there are no free breakfast and gym facilities, sure it doesn’t matter for whom travel taipei 😅

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The staff, the room and the rooftop bath were all excellent. The room was clean and tidy. It is right next to the MRT station and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Good location.

Very clean, the shower was a comfortable size, and loved the high ceilings plus great view of the city. They also had a great baby crib and baby bathtub available for us.
