Asia Pacific Hotel Beitou

The entire experience is fine but there is one weird thing for our family. We four (dad, mom, teenage daughters) checked in a family suite where you can enjoy their hot spring inside. But there is no door or curtain between the hot spring tub and coffee rest area. So, when other people are taking shower or bathing and I am sitting at the coffee table, I need to move away coz it’s very awkward!!! Suggest to add a curtain.

I came with my family. It’s very comfortable and relax here if you want to fill up energy. We lived in a family room , wide and clean room for 4 people , that has onzen tub inside. Hotel has breakfast and dinner for us , good ingredients and high quality meals. We love this hotel and if we have time , we’ll come back again.

Due to coronavirus period, they cleanup everything pretty well. They checked temperature at the front door, spray alcohol on each one's hand. The hot spring in the room is perfect for us to take care of kids at the same time. Kids love thr swimming pool. But, beacuse of the virus period , they change their meal from buffet style to private set style. They used to not charge for kid age under 6 yr old. Since they change to private sets style, they don't prepare meal for kids ... This is really disappointed ! ... I've called to confirm if they includes kids meal before booking. They saif yes, but in fact, they don't. We go as a family trip with two kids, buy they told us they don't include the food for kids.... Their restaurant manager did cook something extra for our kids for free this time, but in the future, this will still be the issue if we bring our kids with us. Also, somehow, their orange juice taste really weird.....even our kids don't want to drink their juice...don't know why.... Other than these problems , overall i still like this hotel! Comfy bets ...nice hot springs .
