A family friendly hotel with a great swimming pool and saunas. Very helpful and supportive staff. Our room is clean and comfortable. Free parking. The breakfast options are mainly catering to the locals. It seems to attract many locals to pay to eat breakfast here during the weekend so it is very busy. The room service is ok. It's quick however it has rooms to improve. Overall, it's a great hotel with excellent facilities and services.

Breakfast selections for traditional and local style has been excellent. However, the double bed family room was a disappointment. Good room size however, sink is next to the entry and no closed door which was a design flaw. The room gets quite humid and inconvenient when using the sink area. No privacy and noisy when using blow dryer. There should be a divider door to separate the room and bath room.

Informative and useful door services. Room is clean and nicely designed for the family. The sauna is a big plus. It was so relaxing. The morning breakfast is good and above average, but I think still has room for improvement, like the flow of service line, the quality of food preparation, etc
