The hotel beds were good and comfortable. The breakfast is below standard by hotels of this rank. 170 USD for a family room was a bit pricey on a weekday night in Hsinchu City.

It was a great experience. The room was big and clean. The service was excellent. The hotel called us the day before to upgrade our room to include a tent with toys for our kids. We mentioned that we were there to celebrate our son's birthday and they really care for details. The only downside was the gym and spa were under renovation during the time of our stay. Too bad that we didn't get to use the facilities.
