I stayed at the hotel for 1 night with my family. The staffs are helpful and friendly. What really surprised me is that we are upgraded to a superior room with Jacuzzi It is also fantastic that breakfast are tasty. Most important thing is the beds are super comfortable! Staying here means you can enjoy the time in Chiayi for sure. The great designed hotel is new furbished and clean. Highly recommended for everyone!

Quite a new hotel. The bed is good. The duvet is fluffy and comfortable. Pillows are rather soft. But the provide 2 for each person which we can stack up for more support. I had booked a double and a triple room for the family. To note, some rooms does not have any windows. The air conditioning has a Low tapping sound from its motor. The breakfast buffet is rather basic.

I stayed at 1F upgraded room, it's big, comfortable and convenient. However, some places are still under construction, seems it is not 100% ready yet. I recommend to stay at Sun Dialogue for family or couple trip!

Had a great night. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. Great place for kids and families.
