wonderful hotel, we had a large room, comfortable. When we arrived, a baby cot was in the room. I want to say a huge thank you to the restaurant staff who kindly agreed to prepare chicken soup for my sick child. also special thanks to Antonina who took care of my family during breakfast.

My family recently stayed at the AMERON Zürich Bellerive au Lac. We stayed for 3 nights and the premium rooms were absolutely worth it. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-decorated - and the view of Lake Zurich was absolutely stunning. The premium room also included free minibar service and breakfast. In addition, the hotel staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We did have one minor issue during the stay, but the manager resolved it for us and that was greatly appreciated. Although the hotel was a bit away from the heart of the city, the distance was still walkable and one benefit was that the rooms were very quiet with no street noise. Not only would I stay here again, but considering all of these factors, this was perhaps the best hotel room that I have stayed in throughout the world.

staff is not trained properly for the level of this hotel, junior level mostly, there is a disconnect in the customer service, senior management presence with persona and knoedge to manage the junior is recomended. embarrasing to have a junior servant at brakfast demand agressively payment for our guest tea and expected a charge of 5chfr

A classic Zurich hotel that has recently undergone new ownership and management. Various kinks that the hotel needs to address to justify a 4.5 star rating and the current pricing. First - some rooms do not have air conditioning and this should be VERY CLEARLY marketed so that people understand if they are booking a room with AC or no AC, especially during warm weather. Second - no bellhop service or anyone at the door to help unload car or check in. Third, the service from the staff is very uneven. While the desk staff are generally nice and try to be accommodating, there were so many elements that just didn't work - for example, we found dead bugs in our room and asked the front desk to have housecleaning clean them and showed them photos, only to find the same bugs still in the room when we got back; they ran out of adaptors; and the staff during breakfast are generally nowhere to be found so you seat yourself and serve yourself. The junior suites with lake view are very spacious (especially by Zurich standards) and great for families - come with a king size bed, seating area/sofas, and dining table with chairs with separate shower/toilet area. If they can work on improving the service and various kinks, this hotel has the potential to live up to its 4.5 star status, but currently is not there. This feedback has all been shared directly with the new general manager who only recently took over a few weeks ago.

Amazing hotel, best location for quiet family vacation. Good buffet breakfast, comfot beds, big room for family with a child. Tram 4/2 are 2 streets away. Amazing staff.
