This is a very family-friendly hotel. After an entire day of excursions, my kids would play in the common area as the hotel had a bunch of toys and books for kids. We appreciated this thoughtfulness which we didn't experience anywhere else. The breakfast options were very good, and the server was very prompt. The room was big, neat, and had an amazing view.

Excellent customer service, lovely hotel, great room. My daughter left her tablet in the room and the hotel promptly had it delivered to our home address. The best hotel we stayed in during our swiss family holiday.
