Superb hotel! Really nice, very clean, spacious and near train station. Staffs are so nice as well. Thumbs up to this hotel. Good for family. Big bed and big rooms! Love it!

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very well located, close to train station if you’re traveling via train to other cities. Only issue was we had was our bed was very squeaky and the walls were thin. I could hear the people in the next room (which happened to be my kids) which we told to quiet down. 😂. But honestly, the kids weren’t that loud. Overall, good experience.

We loved the location - that it is so close to the train station and yet it is quiet and away from the main street traffic since it is on a side street. We also loved that right around the corner, there is the park and library. The venue for the Lucerne Festival is nearby. It is just within a few minutes of the hub of trains, buses and boats. We are a family of 4 and had a family suite (2 conjoining rooms). It was plenty of space and we had a very comfortable stay. The Front Desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We also appreciated getting the bus pass that the hotel provides for guests.
