Loved this gem of a hotel! Our "family room" was perfect for the 5 of us. The room and bathroom looked very newly renovated and the beds were quite comfortable. It was also in the perfect location for our one day and night in the beautiful city of Thun. I especially loved the hostess's recommendation for places to swim and bridge jump.

Only negative for us was not lift with kids and baby buggy. But others were fine. Staff were also friendly. Location was convenient for sightseeing, close to castle.
