We loved this hotel. The pool and spa area were great. Wish it stayed open a bit later than 8. Get a room with a terrace if you can. We had the family room for 5 which is rare to find in Europe. The breakfast was nice each morning. Convenient to train and grocery store. Only thing the town needs another laundromat bc only 2 washers and dryers in the laundromat. I ended up paying 65 francs for the hotel to wash one “bag” of laundry. Overall loved this place and loved Wengen itself.

Absolutely amazing. Family of 5 stayed in a family suite overlooking Lauterbrunnen valley and the Alps sky line. Pool, hot tub , bar , everything was perfect. Great for kids and the town is super safe and fun to walk around.

We were waken up by the constant knocking at our door at 2am and we asked who was it but no one answered. Then the knocking came back to our door still no one responded. We called the reception but no one answered and then we had to call the emergency number. Afterwards it quieted down. In the morning. We were told it was a child looking for the parents; and nope the knocking doesn’t sound like a young kid’s knocking. It was very loud and rhythmic knocking. Also the pillow smelled very very bad!

Location was great but the room was suffocating also there was a male staff at reception who was super rude to us, though the lady receptionist was great help. Balcony floor was shaking and was felt very unsafe for kids and us, also the cheap plastic chairs on balcony was not even able to carry weight of a kid with its weak legs lol Overall they should improve the room quality.

Loved our mountain view from the 5th-floor family room. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It is perfectly located in Wengen. It was very close to the train station and the hotel was just cute.

It was a great stay for the whole family. Lots of things to do in the hotel to keep the kids busy. The pool was wonderful. Fantastic views from every corner. Worth every penny.
