Had a broken TV in my room, had to go to reception 3 times and then got a new room. Had to pack and move at 23 pm to a family room and that is not what i wanted to have. I paid for upgrade but got somewhat downgraded.

Disadvantage with parking, the hotel has no parking slot for guess, while the closest parking is quite expensive, not suitable for family while car is needed.
