Freys Hotel

The hotel was very well situated , right in the middle of Stockholm . The room that we had was a bit on the small size for 2 adults and a baby. The breakfast was amazing. The restaurant was in the evening was always full so we always had to go out , bit difficult with a baby. The reception staff and breakfast staff were very friendly , the evening staff ( restaurant ) very unfriendly

Amazing stay at Freys. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The superior room plus was perfect for 3, as it can be hard travelling as 2 adults and an a teen child. The location is also great for exploring the city with lots of restaurants close by. Can not fault the hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm.

The hotel is a medium-sized boutique family-owned establishment that features a classical ambience typical of European designs and style. The superior balcony room is well-appointed on the top floor and offers high-end amenities and comfortable king-size bedding. The room space by European standard is suited for two adult guests or ideal for a couple. Breakfast is served early at 630am on weekdays (730am on Saturday) and provides a variety of food options. The reception is round-the-clock and front-line workers are friendly and warm. A big plus for this property is its close proximity to Stockholm’s central railway station including the airport train Arlanda Express. It is also a short walk to Gamla Stan where the Royal Palace, many historical landmarks and museums are located. The property is clean and adequately maintained with some minor imperfections such as the smell of motor oil more likely emanating from the adjacent railway tracks and trains. More importantly, the personal touch of the excellent customer service deserves the highest accolade. Thank you very much to the Freyteam for the birthday flowers and sweets!

Amazing location and everything was great! Staff was extremely helpful and always had a smile on their face. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and Freys will definitely be my first choice when I return to Stockholm, as well as my #1 recommendation to friends and family when they visit!
