Very spacious family room and very close to the Central Station. Easy walk and bus access to visit the local sights.

The lobby is nice but the rooms are outdated and different than the online photos. This hotel does not have air conditioning and should be noted prior to arrival, housekeeping skipped cleaning our room several times. Besides the standard Swedish breakfast that most guest note in the reviews. I would not recommend this hotel for a family on vacation.

The hotel has a perfect location, rooms are great and large, receptionist are professional and service minded. The breakfast buffet was disappointing the bread was dry and everything was just bake off like at the petrol stations. To many dogs all over also sitting on chairs and eating from the table very unhygienic. To many families with un-attended children - like being in the Muppet Show with the Swedish chef.

Stay was so so but not worth 200€ for a family per night. Reception was nice! The room was good in the first sight. Breakfast was good :) But… Bathtub didn’t hold the water, service couldn’t extend the extra bed - we needed to do it because it was already 20:30 and our toddlers needed to come to bed - service came back after one hour. - friendly though Extra bed was damaged and broke my pants because of a sharp piece sticking out. Fridge was not working and you couldn’t open Windows to get fresh air. We had way better experiences for this money.

On Hotels.com the hotel is registered as a hotel for adults only. I booked this hotel because of the "no kids policy", because I wanted a quiet stay. I got a room surrounded by families with children. According to the staff, the hotel is not a "adults only", and the Hotels.com registration is a mistake. The staff was understanding and upgraded me to a room on a floor with no children. Of cource, the breakfast downstairs was less quiet due to the many families with children. The rooms are big, but without any charm, and they need some fresh paint and walldecorations. The staff is polite and helpfull.

Easily walkable in Malmö. The family room itself was standard but can technically sleep 5. The bathroom is almost in the middle of the room, which made for an awkward experience.

We had a lovely time. Extra plus for the little play room that our toddler loved. Our room was very spacious which was great for the little one and us. Excellent service and experience overall!
