We stayed there in November 2019 with 2 kids. We had a tiny room in a building close to the main building / reception ( about 100m away from the reception-building ). The room was not really clean and not really in a good condition. The building we stayed was old, damaged and there was a lot of construction going on. On Hotels.com they show pictures from a Pool and Spa area but that´s an extra ( 250 SEK per Person ). The SPA and Pool was actually the reason why we booked! The don´t inform on Hotels.com that the Pool/Spa is an extra! They also don´t want to allow kids in the Pool ( of course without noticing on Hotels.com ). We were really mad and disappointed. Can´t understand the good reviews here, maybe better in summer - who knows. The staff was not really friendly and 3 big dogs ( the owners dogs ) were running around in the lobby. The breakfast was OK.
