Staff is very friendly and helpfull, property is well keep and very clean. The pool doesn’t look appealing because of the bottom look like darkish… Been a facility without a beach improving the pool and maybe installing some sort of entertainment for kids will attract more visitors to the property as well.

Staff where awsome. Food was average. Its located by itself, so u need a car or taxi to go anywhere. 20 dollars into town or airport. Room was clean and all room have a balcony. Rooms that face the marriott will have a sunrise other wise go to the pool to watch. Pool is a for kids. Not very big. Lots of parking. There are some flying bugs. Leave balcony door closed.

This is a beautiful new hotel on the island. You are greeted by friendly staff with welcome drinks. I was disappointed showing up after 4pm and my room still was not ready - note check is at 3pm and I was traveling with two toddlers. The Koi restaurant is still not open. Therefore, there is only one dining option. I am West Indian. In my opinion, the food is average and overpriced. All of the entrees come with mash potatoes and you can not substitute which I found odd. I expected an Asian fusion restaurant on a carribean island to have rice as an option. You had to order anything you wanted as a side option and the mac n cheese was not good. I was disappoonted because I was expecting Asian food selections (Sushi, Hibachi, etc.). They had good breakfast options. The pool was great, there is a 2ft side for the children. In terms of getting anywhere on the island, you will have to arrange transportation prior to coming to the hotel. To get to town and back from the hotel via taxi will cost you about $40 US. If you have reliable transportation you will have a great experience as the rooms are excellent and you will have your options to dine off the grounds wherever you'd like.

The energy saving features and modern amenities was great. The shallow pool all around gave some added sense of safety for our 9 year old child. The front desk was very helpful.

Was treated like family here. Amazing service and people working at Koi. A few suggestions: you will need to rent a car if you stay here. There is no access to the beach, but they have a shuttle that takes you to frigate beach. Stop at Rams grocery store and get yourself snacks. Make sure you take a trip to reggae beach. Ocean view room was worth the extra $20 or so dollars a night. They have monkeys at the hotel- so that’s super cool. Hotel was almost empty when we went in October- so we had just amazing service, almost like we had our own hotel. Bathrooms and cleanliness was phenomenal. Our room smelled great everyday.

The employees here are amazing and super helpful! Resort is simple and quaint, but it is new and modern. It is “beachfront”, but since the resort is positioned on the Atlantic side there won’t be any renting a beach chair and laying at the beach here (wish this had been noted in the description since the whole reason I took this trip was to be on a beach 24/7). Be prepared to taxi anywhere you need to go or rent a car. There is a resort vehicle that can be used to take you most places by the staff. There are a couple popular beach spots about 5-10 minutes away. I was slightly disappointed because I am a Hilton Diamond Member and I thought I would at least receive complimentary coffee or breakfast in the morning. This may have been a oversight on my part. The restaurant on site is pretty good too if you don’t feel like leaving the hotel for dinner. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
