It was fantastic. Very close the city centre and all the attractions. The staff was amazing, very polite, sophisticated and very professional. The helped us with all of our queries wether its restaurant suggestions, taxi booking and other small queries. I am waiting for my next trip back with my family and friends.

The property is beautiful but the rooms are kind of small. I had to upgrade to a junior suite because the rooms are quite small. The junior suite is quite adequate

This was by far one of the best hotel experiences while traveling to Spain. The staff was INCREDIBLE!! From checking in to breakfast in the morning to getting tips on activities and shopping, everything and everyone was amazing!! Both Andrea in reception and Andrea at breakfast were wonderful. Their attentiveness and kindness made our experience one of the best by far. The accommodations were incredible as well. I will recommended this hotel to all my friends and family as it was an excellent experience.

L&H Gran Via Valencia was very nice and clean quality hotel. The situation was perfect for us as we like to stay for a bit outside of the city center. The bed was for a bit narrow for me and my child but we loved the bath, rooftop, minibar included in the price of the hotel room and great breakfast (around 16 €). Local transport (for example couple of metro stations) is close by and we loved to spend time in the Nuevo Centro shopping center with the locals (you can also find big supermarket from there). We only missed common areas intended only for the hotel customers.

Very good boutique hotel. Suitable for families. Good breakfast. Excellent service from the staff, including Andrea, Alexander and David. Highly recommended hotel.
