I absolutely loved this hotel. This boutique hotel is so quaint and adorable. It was so clean and comfortable. The bed bedding was absolutely amazing and I stayed here with my family. I recommend getting the suite because it has the bedroom separate and the bunkbeds are in the living space. Pay a little extra to get that balcony space it is absolutely breathtaking and so unique. Everyone at this hotel was fabulous. Restaurant is small, but they have a lot of options and the lounge was very comfortable. For the price it was unbeatable. This neighborhood is the nicest neighborhood in all Madrid and this hotel is super affordable. If I ever come back to Madrid, I’m definitely staying here. You’re right in front of the park and it’s just so walkable.

Beautiful hotel opposite gardens. Surrounding area not great for food options with young children.

We had a wonderful time at this property! We were traveling with our two kids (age 11 and 7) and stayed in the Junior Suite. The room itself was beautiful with a separate adult bedroom and bunk beds for the kids in the main room. There was a wrap around balcony facing Retiro Park, which is across the street. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very beautifully displayed. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a fantastic stay which exceeded our expectations, and we will certainly be back to stay at this gorgeous property.

We splurged a bit and stayed in the junior suite. We had a private bedroom and two bunk beds in the main room. A nice separation for those traveling as a family. There was also a huge wrap around balcony! The room was very spacious and in great condition. The only drawback was there was a shower and sink in the bedroom; but no toilet. Off the main room there was a bathroom with a toilet and sink. I would have liked to have a second toilet in the bedroom.
The staff was very nice. We also used the free bikes and biked around the giant park across the street which was a fun afternoon with the kids.
This is close to the three big museums and not far to Plaza Sol (big shopping area). There are a number of really nice restaurants near-by.
Overall, reasonable priced and highly recommend! It was the best place we stayed at in Spain

My family booked three rooms on the hotel for one night, I sent a message to the hotel telling them the time of arrival and asking if they could accommodate us in near rooms since were family. One of the bookings had a mistake on the date but they were not helpful and charge another night. Long story. Front desk staff said we have to talk to Expedia and Expedia said it was the hotel decision. Hotel rooms are ugly, ripped sheets, dirty carpets, not very well cleaned. Hotel was empty, not many guests.

Everyone was very helpful. The airline has lost 1 of our suitcases and they were very helpful in getting that fixed. Breakfast was great and room was very nice. Easy access to many locations. We would stay again and would bring family. We recommend this location.

The location is very convenient, no doubt; for example, within about 15 minutes one can walk to any of the big three art museums in Madrid, and there is a great park right next door for fantastic jogging. Our room was fairly quiet with view onto a side street; the beds are fairly comfortable. The amenities are not great for a 4-star hotel; no free bottle of water, no Klenex(!), no fitness room. They were also, so it seems, trying to save on the breakfast fruit, cutting every grape in two and every kiwi in eight pieces (with skin); a couple of bananas might be there at the very beginning but once gone, no more (for the next 3 hours!); also the breakfast rooms are acoustically not insulated at all; one family with two kids and the place suddenly becomes incredibly noisy and reverberant. So overall, the place seemed quite stingy to us, when it would have cost them perhaps 5 Euro per day extra to make us really happy.
