Only YOU Hotel Atocha

The front and side of the street in front of the hotel is torn up and numerous pipes are being installed. Barricades and yellow tape surround the hotel. The lobby was filthy with dust from the construction tracked in by guests. We refused to stay and were denied a refund. Instead we went to their sister hotel Only You Boutique where we had stayed previously. The difference was like night and day. Once again we were treated like family. The hotel is spotless and the customer service the very best we have ever received. We left an important carry on when we left the hotel the following morning the front desk agent called our taxi when we were transit we returned and collected our important bag. Stay at The Only You Boutique not their sister hotel. It is the best hotel in Madrid. Dr William Boldt

Super nice and accommodating staff. We arrived at 11am with family in 3 separate rooms. All 3 rooms were ready for us early. Hotel is very nicely decorated and very clean throughout. Breakfast buffet is incredible with eggs cooked to order and a wonderful assortment of fresh pastries, fruit, bread, etc. And, breakfast is on the 7th floor with a balcony seating area that has a panoramic view of the city. Easy access to walking, taxi, train, and metro to anywhere in the city. Large, clean shower with waterfall head plus handheld. A+++ all around!
