We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel with the fantastic rooftop pool! Gummy bears in the lobby made a big impression on my kids. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel so welcome. We would definitely come back here!

Beautiful hotel, clean, walkable to restaurants, bars, shopping…etc. nice staffs. It is truly 5 star. The only issue we had, early in the morning we could hear cleaning staff outside and sometime we could hear the neighbour guest. For that reason, we grade it 9/10 instead of 10/10. I would recommend it to family and friends.

The location cannot be beat! We splurged a bit and got a junior suite but were disappointed to find that they had no outside windows and were really more like a deluxe room than a suite. This was not obvious from the description. The interior is very stylish with darker colors so with no natural light it makes the room a bit gloomy. The staff did work hard to get us an upgrade (for a fee) but it was not available for the whole time so we ended up staying in the original room. Nice and large bathroom with pedestal sinks - could use a bit more counter space to put things and maybe a makeup mirror.

There is a small museum of artifacts on the bottom floor i got the junior suite and it had a nice artificat display case in the suite. The suite was 2 floors and a very reasonable price. I was amazed and felt like a high roller right from my 1st steps in the hotel

Great rooftop bar and pool. Great location near museums, Barrio Letras, Huertas, Sol, Retiro, etc. Nice rooms. Loved staying on the same block where I lived junior semester abroad.
