Great location and good for family. We were very close to a lot restaurants, bars and tourist sights. The pool was a little bit small according to my two children and it was a little bit noisy within the accommodation as I can hear running water from upstairs and other guests walking through the corridors and catching the lifts. It was generally clean and comfortable.

Hotel was in very central amazing location. Rooms were with very nice modern design but very small and tight for a family without really a place to put luggage once sofa bed was open. Staff was extremely friendly and professional and willing to help. AC worked well. Pool very small without much seating for a hotel of this size (maybe 10 chairs total surrounding pool). Good coffee bar attached to lobby. Room had a couple of areas that could use maintenance (like the drain in the shower was detached and the top of the handheld shower head was missing). Would stay here again though for sure.

Central Location is great and within walking distance to plaza mayor, Madrid palace, museo del prado, shopping, including high end stores and restaurants. The Terraza La catorce is on the top floor of hotel and is posted on IG as one of Madrid’s summer bars with a view. What’s not cool? We stayed in apartment one floor below it where you can hear the noise. We wanted to walk upstairs to join the party but were told by staff it was a private party. We have local friends that went up there separately and they were let in. So staff lied. Restaurant downstairs breakfast is sub-par and so was service. We had our own patio with an outer “tub” and we made use of the washer/dryer during our stay. We also had children with us so recommend getting a two bedroom. 1 bedroom will be tight for a family of 4. Overall location is best for this spot.

Family with 3 little kids Wonderful stay! Rooms was clean and fancy. Location was perfect on the strip Tons of shopping and restaurants Walk to everything Pool with amazing view My kids loved it all! The only thing was their wifi in the whole hotel was down for the 2 days we were there. So no network or tv for us. Overall we loved our stay. Will stay here again!

Very nice . Would recommend. Good location close to everything. We had a suite awesome for families. Very spacious. Not much shelving though anywhere, no storage . Spotless.

We felt personally cared for by the staff from the time our bags were brought in from the taxi to the time we departed! We were grateful for the recommendations for meals and the clear subway help (including printout of directions and red travel card to use). When our room was ready, we were notified at the pool, which was incredible! Bryan (Red Sox fan) went above and beyond! We felt like family more than guests! Thank you!!!

Great location; able to walk to popular attractions and plenty of places to eat and shop. Comfortable apartment and attentive staff. It was the perfect place for my family to stay in Madrid.

Great location, tasty breakfast and chic decor. My kids said the sofa bed was very comfortable. The space was compact but well laid out. Appreciated having the washing machine, which meant I could run a load of laundry mid-trip.

I had the best time in Madrid, and it had a lot to do with the Hotel. It was cozy, nicely decorated, had a perfect breakfast buffet, the room was well equipped, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is in walking distance to everywhere we had to go. For anyone staying in Madrid, i HIGHLY recommend this hotel, props to everyone working there! I stayed there last year with my family, and i went back last week. Whenever i go to Madrid, I'll make sure to book my stay there. Thank you!
