AMAZING! This hotel is gorgeous. We had a junior suite with a patio on the top floor. It had a separate living room and dressing room. The outdoor patio/deck was on the top floor with a great view. A really nice place to escape outside. Everyone at the hotel was kind and helpful. The pool area is beautiful for lounging or having a snack or drink. So thankful we chose this hotel. We didn't want to leave.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at CoolRooms Hotel with my family during our first visit to the city. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were incredibly helpful and kind, providing us with a map and valuable recommendations of the best areas to visit in Madrid. The hotel's breakfast is delicious and offers options for everyone's taste. The rooms are clean, cozy, and create an inviting atmosphere. They are also equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend CoolRooms Hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. The exceptional service, combined with the delightful ambiance made our stay truly enjoyable. We will definitely choose CoolRooms Hotel again when we return to the city.

Lovely hotel. Large room- junior suite.

With all the glowing reviews we read, we were expecting to be wowed. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short of expectations. Service. The front desk staff was super nice. During the evening, they had turn-down service which was really cool, as most hotels don’t do that anymore. Cleanliness. Our room was spotless upon entry, and the staff did a wonderful job cleaning every morning. Comfort. This is where they missed the mark. We paid extra for a junior suite and we requested a top floor room which they gave us. Little did we know that the top floor was an attic. We couldn’t use half of the room because of the low ceilings. We had 3 tiny windows that we could barely see out of, because of their high placement. We were able to peak in 2 other rooms on lower floors and they were quite nice: separate seating areas, high ceilings, large windows. Advice to travelers: do not get a room on the top floor (4th floor). The other disappointment was that there was a movie being filmed while we were there. The crew of at least 25 were on our floor, making noise, moving equipment, setting up and breaking down sets. They jammed up the elevator (only 1 for the hotel) during the morning and evening. The worst part was that there was no communication from the hotel that there would be filming during out stay. Condition. Beautiful grand staircase. Nice outdoor patio. Well-decorated. It was clear the hotel had been recently renovated. Summary. We would stay again, just not on the top floor.

Extraordinary value. A beautiful restored palace. We booked the junior suite and it was one of the loveliest rooms I’ve had in the world; a perfect place for a honeymoon. The staff was delightful at check in and throughout. There is almost nothing this hotel could do to improve the experience. Bravo!!!

The hotel gave us a free upgrade from junior suite to full suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a living room. The pool was wonderful and the hotel toiletries were great. Great linen and furniture too.

I had a family emergency and the hotel did not accommodate me at all.

We reserved a junior suite and it was amazing, staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful and location was superb, was close to everything like walking distance from all the main attractions in Madrid. Well done CoolRooms, definitely recommend

Our stay in Madrid was even more special because of Coolrooms. From our arrival with recommendations of the area, to our departure when were personally seen off- and everything in between! The location, rooms and staff are AMAZING. The staff were genuinely kind and go above and beyond. A special shout-out to Sonia and Diego for helping with train and flamenco tickets! It was a splurge for our family AND in the end so very worth it. Every other hotel pales in comparison. I can’t wait to return…Book and enjoy your Coolrooms experience!

The helpful staff, the pool area and the size and comfort of our junior suite were all exemplary. Highly recommended.
