Nice, big, modern rooms. The double room is great for families and really big. Need to take the metro 30 minutes to get to the parts of Madrid toy want to visit, and the metro is always very crowded.

Check-in was not good. It was close to 12pm, but lobby had so many people waiting for checking in. Two people working but it seems one assisting another. Tons of people before us had something in storage to retrieve. We had a long day travelling to the hotel, but had to wait for a long time to check in, and listen to the rowdiness. Once it's our turn, I asked where we can find chocolate Churros for breakfast. The front desk tall guy asked me "what is a chocolate churro?"! Are you kidding me, the whole Madrid is full of chocolate churros, and the guy could not understand what chocolate churros are?!
