Place is nice, family rooms are rather tight. The listing mentions that parking available but they never tell you is more than 27.50 euro per night when you can park on the street right next to the hotel for a quarter of that

Staff was super friendly and breakfest was amazing you have to love the Chefs that make you omelets the way you like them. On the negative side key card system worked poorly in the Doors and elevator. And gym did not have age limit so kids were there making noice and on the way of the workouts sometimes

The rooms were of good size, the pool was wonderful for the kids. The biggest issue was that the room started to develop a sewage odor about two days into our stay which was very bothersome. Despite bringing this up to the staff it was not remedied and no solution was offered. A 4 star rated property should not have smelly rooms, especially at this price. Had the staff made an effort to resolve this issue it would have any a big difference. It is a nice hotel but I can't give a high rating due to the extreme smell in the room.

Perfect room for our family of 4. Having one bathroom and a powder room was a great surprise. Also, probably one of the best and most complete breakfast that I’ve ever had at an hotel.

We booked a Suite which is quite spacious for family. Breakfast is very good. Location is ok but good connectivity by public transport. My kids love the stay

Lovely hotel, welcoming reception team. Room was lovely and perfect for our needs. Unfortunately the swimming pool was freezing cold despite the amazing weather. Even my children found it too cold to be in there longer than a few minutes.

We loved our experience here. The apartment was beautiful and in a very central location. Service was impeccable. They really care for people. The pool was perfect for our kids. Not too deep (4 ft maximum), so great for kids and adults to have a drink and enjoy the panoramic views of Madrid. We were there during Pride Week so it was unusually busy and that made the experience even better. My spouse left her dress in the apartment and the hotel texted us after check out and we picked it up on our way back to Madrid. If you’re looking for a quiet time, this is not the place. It is a very happening place with caring staff. Very LGBTQ+ friendly hotel.
