A very pleasant surprise. When I booked the holiday as I didn’t realise the hotel was outside Barcelona, given the close proximity to the airport, I was worried I had made a mistake but we ended up combining the initial plan of city break with a lovely beach holiday in Castelldefels. The area is lovely, a great shopping centre next to the hotel and the beach, so beautiful and clean, is a 30min stroll away. The hotel is quite quiet, well maintained and the children had the pool to themselves at times. When we went to Barcelona we were quite relieved to come back to the calm of Castelldefels, Barcelona is a beautiful vibrant city so best of both worlds!

Some staff member were not good. Not helpful. Very first day found small glass pieces in the room because bathroom glass door was broken halfway hanging. Glass pc went on my daughter's feet we showed them. They didnt feel to be bothered and was told that they will clean it. Again we came back late night and glass pcs were there at 11pm and they said we can chage your room now. We said its too late will put towels on the floor. Then they had a a big group checked in almost 100 people and 20 to 30 kids. Kids were running around in the lobby and every floor playing hide n seek.make loud noices at midnight. We called 3 times that can you please tell them to stop and even kids were knocking the doors and run away at midnight. Staff said we cannot do anything because big group checked in. Had no choice to leave the hotel that late. Next morning we had a flight to catch.. very bad experience. Even tjey said if you park here will charge you. I said give me few minutes to unload the bags.

The hotel is quite nice, it has a few good amenities such as gym, sauna, 2 pools, playground and baby play room. We were initially placed in a room above the terrace and it was so noisy in the evening that we couldn’t sleep at all. It’s a shame they change for the parking when there is lots of free parking on the nearby streets.

Excellent hotel , very nice staff so it’s breakfast and very convenient. Close to everything , as far as Barcelona Main Street. If you have a rental car like myself, you should be fine , only 20 minutes away. My family love it , Definitely come back here .

I brought my family down to Barcelona for the football match. I expected a four star treatment of some sort from the staff. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, when I was checking in. The second day, we planned to go to the beach I asked the blonde hair woman who was working in the morning if it was possible to get body lotion and she just replied, if there is one not there then what can I do ?? There is no house keeping right now. The same lady i asked an hour later where the shop is, she replied you cross the road and cross the road. I was confused. The last one was the last saw. The SAME woman I asked to book a taxi so that my family and I can go to the beach she said yes I have done it . We waited FOURTY-FIVE MINS! We then came back to reception. raging and she then booked the taxi. The taxi man said, no one booked the taxi when you was waiting. She was lying. Worse hotel experience in Spain and this is my 6th hotel I have been too and the only won I have ever wrote something bad.

Stayed 5 nights with my 3 children. The staff were lovely on arrival and checked us in early. Our room was extremely clean, spacious & had a lovely balcony. Breakfast was ok, the hot options were limited & nothing for vegans apart from mushrooms. Lots of shops & restaurants near by. The beach was about 9 minutes away in a taxi but is difficult to get a taxi back, we ended up walking back for 50 minutes. I booked a taxi at the front desk the night before leaving for the airport. When our taxi came the hotel gave it to another large group & left us stranded saying they would call another one but nothing came! I was so upset, I ended up booking an uber on my phone which came quickly & got us to the airport on time. I wouldn’t stay here again for 5 nights, maybe 1 at the most.

The hotel is very old from the 90's - we where given a dirty room when we arrived. - we changed to another room but the room had a bad mold smell - carpet very dirty, and food left in the landing area for days. - every time we go to the room the key don't work and we had to go back - we order food on the pool and the food was soo bad specially the shrimp plate the jumbo shrimp was under cooked. - the pool was very good lot of fun for the kids. - the breakfast was soo good, and staff very helpful - the hotel employees are great very helpful and try to help as much as they can. they are the asset for this property. - Next visit we will stay at a property in the city center. closer to sightseeing, you will save a lot of money, efforts and time,

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel from the 18th to the 21st May this year. First of all, I would like to say how much of a lovely hotel this is! It is a beautiful hotel and most definitely a 4*. The room, we had a double room, was of a great size and had really good air conditioning! The staff at the hotel were also lovely upon checking in, late at night, and were also super helpful in providing us with information on the best way to get into Barcelona and advice on the local buses. However, I would not recommend booking this hotel if your main purpose of the trip is to see Barcelona as it is quite far out (min 1 hour on the bus). There are two pools, both of good size, and were clean and nice to use. Overall, a lovely experience staying in this hotel, and would definitely recommend it to friends and family!
