This Hotel is Great if you are going to travel using their Train regional or Local. Train station is literally next door and walkable. great for family of four with their 2 queen bed room. restaurants and fast food chain like burger king and McDonalds are within walking distance.

The room is nice and big, with a lot of amenities, but we arrived late and after having dinner we noticed one of the beds in our room was broken in half. Not noticeble at first sight but when you layed in the bed, you could feel the huge slant towards the middle of the bed. We had to stay up until 2 am to get our room changed and our kids were already asleep on the other bed. The next day I approached the general manager to file my complaint, since I felt they thought just saying sorry was enough, and he condonned half of our restaurant bill to make up for the inconveniences. We lost the morning in BCN, because we were super tired. All in all, great rooms, but bad mattress structure.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a friend or anyone travelling with a baby. I had booked it as a post natal treat with a bestie and was so looking forward to the stay. I arrived and it was a long stressful queue to check in, there is no baby change, staff were, with exception, stressed and stressy and things went down from there. Nobu hotel fans will be disappointed by the bathrooms in particular - mine was a shower and a drain that stank until the last day when I found the housekeeping. There was a major issue with the heat and the room overheated and no one from reception would attend or send someone until I called down 3 times - the 3rd basically in tears as i was in such a panic with my 14 week old baby. The only tea in the room was a terrible Green Tea, no milk and my friend was charged 5 euro for milk on the rooftop terrace which closed and opened at bizarre times. The pool was ice cold and the jacuzzi only slightly warmer. The breakfast, though expensive at 35 euro, was delicious and the one highlight of the hotel stay.

Overall our stay at this property was great. The location is great as well. 2 mins walk from the train station. Lots of dining options nearby. Rooms are spacious and equipped. Hotel staff were great and helpful.
The negative, being a bit picky is that the washroom design is poor. The shower area is an open concept, so water splashes everywhere. The experience is messed up when you have to keep cleaning the floor to ensure your family, especially kids does not slip. The floor towel does not help as much as it gets wet fast.
The rooms did not get ready till 3 pm. This is a bummer when you arrive after a long travel with kids especially.

The hotel is conveniently located and in walkable distance with luggage near Barcelona Sants station. It was very easy to find. Room was very clean and it was very spacious for our family of 3 and it was nicely decorated with high quality fitouts. We had a king size bed an additional folding bed for the child. Customer service was great as both reception staff as well at dining services. Staff spoke fluent English and were friendly and helpful. Explaining the facilities and services as well as providing sightseeing and area recommendations too. The hotel is pricey but it was worth the money.

The overall stay was pleasing. I had the Umi Suite that was approx 750 sq feet. But due to guest occupancy, I had to change my booking to have a Sake Suite interconnecting with a Premium Skyline Room. I had 3 adults and 2 kids (15 month old and a 3 year old), I did not understand why I could not just add a crib into the Umi Suite instead. The communication with the Nobu Sales Associate staff was nice, and she helped me with the modified booking.
The Sake Suite had two toilets, 1 bathtub and 1 shower, a living room and a king size bed. My kids loved the room as it was enough room for them to wonder around. The bathtub was made from bamboo and they had a bidet toilet seat. There were cute Japanese cultural interior designs in the room.
What I didn’t know is that the water they provided for us was not complimentary water. A 5 star hotel and no complementary water?! They also charge me for a soda that we did not drink. The fridge was already missing some items and we were charged for it.
If you are going to stay in this hotel, remember the water is not complimentary! Also you don’t get your full deposit back, they charge you tax on the deposit.

I didn't like age limit for the pool. My children couldn't swim.
