Leonardo Royal Hotel Barcelona Fira

We had a really good time especially the hotel we stayed. Staffs are friendly, helpful and patience. Lots sharing and introduction in sightseeing, food including transportation. Special thanks to Adelina and our family think she is one of the BEST value of our trip.

The welcome staff seemed miserable and the bar man was also quite rude. Also someone knocked on our door at 6am and woke up the baby, and no one was there…

My luggage was stolen from the lobby desk. Unfortunately this is not a safe neighborhood and there is no security at all on the hotel. The hotel was not able to call the police and they are not liable for stolen items regardless if it’s a luggage. Do not book this hotel. It’s a shame that the hotel does not control who access the hotel and who leaves with luggage that don’t belong to them. The police was amazed that inside the property hotel the luggage was stolen. This is an inconvenient for us and the hotel does not care!!!! Leonardo Royal Hotel is the worst experience me, my family and my friends have ever experienced

I was not offered the care package ( tooth brush, slippers, robe and etc) My family came in the day after me, and was given a care, package, and other items that I did not receive. Once we arrived on the cruise my family was talking about how nice custom service was and the items they received, I would like the hotel to treat all people the same.

The hotel is nice and it is a short distance to the bus and metro. However, what I am dissatisfied with is the cleaning of the room. there was hardly any daily cleaning. They made the bed and that was it. Even after I had asked them to vacuum the room properly every day when we experienced upon check-in that this was not done properly. There was hair and dust on the floor and we have a small child who likes to play on the floor. Disappointing they didn't do anything about it. Otherwise it was a good breakfast buffet and nice sitting area.

It was a nice and clean hotel. Very friendly and polite staff, specially the reception and the ladies at the breakfast. Yhe breakfast was also very good and we didnt miss anything. The barmen was a bit stressed and gave us both wrong drink and wrong bill. Maybe add one person extra there, as he was probably overworked😄 We had a familysuite which was 2 rooms with an hallway between - that was perfect for us that was travelling with kids. We could have the doors open so it was kinda one big room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was 3 or more foodstores only 100-200m away, aswell as other stores. Only minus for npt having a toilet-brush, to clean the toilet with (maybe not common in Spain, idk) and that the Sangria in the hotelbar was really expensive (8€ for 1 small glass), and it wasnt like any special.

All the staff were super friendly, and helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Leonardo hotel to anyone thinking about staying here. For the ease and convenience as we had a toddler, we got taxis to the city centre, which was only a short ride away and the staff are happy to book one for you at reception. The only thing that let the hotel down, is the pool water was not the cleanest or clearest.

I booked through expedia 2 adults and one kid 4 YO when i checked in they said reservation was for two adults and charge me an extra person each night

excellent its one of the best hotel ever, staff was very professional,my family was really happy, very good location nice restaurant i met tania, sandor and agustina best costumer service ever, 100% for everyone there. im sure ill be back ❤️❤️❤️❤️
