This hotel checked all the boxes for my family holiday in Barcelona. Beautiful and clean rooms with scenic views - the expanse of the city on one side and the sea on the other. The staff is attentive, kind and eager to help. There's a shuttle that runs into city for daytime excursions. And beach access for guests - I was pleased that the hotel allowed us to take our pool towels to the beach. There's a little store across the street for sunscreen, toiletries, etc. And there are a dozen amazing restaurants a short walk away. Hotel management went above and beyond to help me curate a memorable experience for my family. I will be back.

Hotel Arts got into a cancellation fee dispute with Hotels.com over a date change before I even left America. Neither company could create a work around for their computer systems and the trip never happened. I spent 2 days dealing with both companies repeatedly and neither did the right thing. Think twice about using either company since you are penalized when your child wakes up puking and you cannot board an airplane.

Room shelves were dusty. No child’s bed in room when we arrived. Beds not turned down at night or made the following day. Had to as for the rooms to be made up at 5pm. Then no towels in room. 100s of small tiles falling of swimming pool. Children were going around and collecting handfuls off the bottom of the pool for fun. But sharp edges to be aware of. Overall not bad but certainly stayed in many hotels at this price point that are superior in every way.
