Family Of four. Great hotel, good breakfast and clean rooms. The sofa bed for the kids was extremely hard and uncomfortable, but other than that everything was good.

Beds are not even fixed with the wall, there were no proper blankets for the children. A lot of dust under beds and tables. Breakfast was so tasteless. No good breakfast at all

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel with my family and I couldn't be more delighted with the experience. From the warm and welcoming staff to the immaculately clean and comfortable rooms, every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. The on-site breakfast options were superb. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and style.

We really appreciate the helpful staff. Property manager Mr. Miguel was really helpful. We were tourists and facing language barrier to understand the local transportation and other stuff, Mr. Miguel explained everything to us in English very nicely, suggested best way to travel by Metro with detailed information on stations and also suggested ways to save money by opting for family ticket options. That made our traveling safe and easy. Also helped us with cloak room facility for our extra luggage as we were going on the Cruise.

Great welcome on arrival. Room was clean. Parking right outside their car park. Fantastic breakfast selection. Maximum 5 minute walk to train station taking you straight in to city centre. Reception helped with explaining train ticket for our family.

The hotel room was very small. The sheets and blankets were very smelly. The sofa bed was broken. We had to get extra blankets to prop the sofa bed for my kids to sleep. The breakfast was always limited.

We booked 2 family room but the hotel staff only gave us 2 double rooms! One of the room was filled up by strong air-spray smell, we could still smell it even after the 1st night. The breakfast was really really simple and poor, the worst we ever experienced!
