Lot of activities even for kids. Unfortunatley we had to wait for 2,5h for our room at check in. Nerver experienced that on any hotel what so ever during my 25 years of traveling. General impression of the staff is not so service minded. Overall the resort is in good condition.

The resort is suited to sporty types. On the side of the beach which is ok. The staff can be unpleasant. The breakfast is good but the experience is like a school dinner hall with children running about and spilling food on floor. ️Cutterly and crockery still dirty after washing. Checkout was at 11 and at 3 minutes past reception called and said we had to leave now because the cleaner was waiting. 2 minutes later the cleaner came and opened the door and just stood there. Service was terrible. If you are not going for the sports, don't go. That is their priority and you feel it is

Playitas remains an excellent choice for a sporty family. It is not super expensive, the service is good and the food and facilities are great. It seems prices are rising slightly but it remains worth it.

Fantastic, very clean and comfortable. Food fantastic. Whether a fitness freak or on holiday for relaxation. Nothing beyond the complex but we like that as it feels safe to let the children have independence and everything you need is there.
