I booked this hotel based on the great reviews so my expectations were very high! This is our last day here so I thought to review before we travel and I get busy and distracted. I will start off with the negatives: The big ones, -I found a cockroach in my room the first morning. There were also a few dead ones outside. If I was alone I would have stormed out of the hotel because I am such a cockroach phobe but the kids were with me and I will not break their hearts. I have to say that the hotel dealt with it very quickly and I never saw them again, neither in my room or outside. - the food labelling is a disaster! Wrong labels on most things, left from the previous lunch or dinner, a problem if you have allergies and if you don’t eat certain meats or are vegetarians. When asking staff they also didn’t know so they had to go to the kitchen and that consumed lots of time waiting. The little ones, - the food was not as good as expected, a three stars tops and not a 4 star, lots of variety but most of it not very tasty and the drinks at breakfast not fresh and on top of that diluted. - no Netflix or a way to stream apps, if you have kids that go to bed at 8 and can’t catch the entertainment it is pretty boring. - you have to pay 3€ for each day for the safe in the room!!! That is a rip off in my opinion, the safe is already in the room and it doesn’t consume extra costs to the hotel. That’s a first and I thought it’s very weird. - they only give a few complementary coffee capsul

Amazing place, very relaxed. Entertainment and kids club is first class. The standard of cleanliness in this place is incredible. My only recomendation and this is the only challenge we had was to cater for younger guests (small children) a little bit better on the evening meals menus. Would be nice if they had a kids corner with burgers, sausages and nuggets etc. That said the head chef always made my little guy a hot dog when asked. The staff and management in this place should be proud of the Service you deliver.10/10 we will be back soon.

The good points are the pools and spectacles, as a family we had fun . All hot food very fat excepted grills and salads, cutlery dirty almost all time, staff very unprofessional take food from front of as without to ask. Food for snack same everyday and tasted not fresh, We had all inclusive booked, we was refused smoothe for our child, Mens with shorts was refused to seat for dinner but women's dressed like this was allowed-wasn't my case but was silly and again waiting staff well under 4 star hotel standard. The worse was our family king size bed wich was build from 2 single unstable beds , the beds get apart from each other all the time, inclusive in sleep time. Very Dangerous in special for my child.

The hotel is new and clean and is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. There are four pools and two are for families, the other two are for adults which is great! This hotel would absolutley warrant it's four stars if it weren't for a few things that let it down. The food (buffet) is nice, there is plenty of variety but it could be warmer and there are not enough staff to get drinks etc... There are also long queues for the coffee machine in the morning. The rooms are really big, clean and laid out well although the toilet is part of an open plan bathroom which doesn't provide much privacy. The hotel will only give you one free wifi password per room and you can only use it on one phone/ tablet at a time, it's also touch and go whether it works or not so I wouldn't stay here if you need to be online 24/7 as some nights it took so long to log on, we gave up. All in all the hotel gets thumbs up from me but just wish they would tweak a few things.

Hotel very pleasant. Rooms excellent. We went All-Inclusive, plenty food to choose from but some of the meat wasn't spectacular. On the whole those well presented. Only problem in the hotel was lack of space in the lounge area in the evening......ok on hot summer nights when people wound be outside. Main entertainment held in the disco, can't comment on that, only went once. Toilets in the Lounge were not good. Three toilets for everyone to share by man, women and child. They were cleaned but as you can imagine by the end of the night they were not good. Unisex toilets and only three.....not good. Other than that the hotel has plenty of pools and loungers to choose from and was clean and modern.

Stayed here last week on an all inclusive holiday. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and no complaints about our room in fact it was excellent and the bathroom with the rain/power shower was brilliant. Disappointed with the bar/lounge area, this was the only bar (apart from the one in the disco at night under the reception) that was open during the day and at night time. There was only entertainment on in the bar area 2 nights during our holiday which was a woman singing and a man on the keyboard - they were good though. The toilet facilities were unisex (3 toilets) not happy about sharing with men and definitely would not have been happy if I had children with me. There was cabaret acts on at an outdoor area weather permitting (no bar) but they were terrible and really needed to improve on there performances as they were very amateurish. The food in the restaurant was basically the same every day and there was certainly no themed nights.
