The room was excellent. It had south facing outdoor terrace with sunbeds chairs and a table. The interior was well furnished with a very comfortable bed.
We had half board. The food quality and variety for both breakfast and dinner was very good. Unfortunately, the dining area was very noisy and needs acoustic panelling to reduce sound levels.
Both the pools are well maintained, warm and inviting. However, there is a strong smell of cooking from the snack bar in the quiet pool area. Also, if people are smoking, the smoke tends to hang around.
The staff are helpful but, as happened with us, find it difficult to resolve issues- the payment for our booking had not been registered on their system so we ended up paying twice before receiving a refund. I suspect there is a failure to delegate responsibility within the Radisson system.
The hotel is a significant distance from the small beach especially if you have young children. The design of the hotel also means that there are long treks from most rooms to and from the pools or restaurant. Ground floor rooms have direct access to pools and public areas.
The Spa is pretty basic and costs a significant amount extra- you may consider whether it is worth it.
This is a good hotel, but in our view, overpriced. You may wish to go B&B and eat out on some evenings.

Buffet breakfast too busy and other customer not observing basic hygeine or supervising children. Kitchen not geared up to serving the amount of guests. Time slots for breakfast are needed.

Hotel is modern and clean, the buffet is pretty standard could be better( but that could just be me being fussy lol), the kids really enjoyed the pool and activities. It’s definitely a family hotel and not a couples vacation. Hotel had on site parking free and also gave us late check free which was really nice. 15 minute walk to the small town where the are a lot of good restaurant choices.

A stylish, modern, low rise hotel on the edge of Puerto de Mogan – probably the nicest place on Gran Canaria. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are large, well equipped and comfortable. Each room has a large balcony with two sun loungers and a table with two chairs.
There are two large pools. The lower level one is family friendly and the upper level one is quiet. A small bar at the upper pool serves drinks and snacks (Pool Lounge) and there is a bar with a restaurant near the lower pool (Il Taglio). The large restaurant (The Larder) – partly outside, partly inside, serves a very comprehensive breakfast buffet. Everything from sparkling wine, juices, cereals, breads, cold plates, cooked breakfasts, made to order omelettes and hot drinks. The service is excellent even at busy times. Food and drinks were regularly replenished. Overall a relaxing place for breakfast. The Larder also offers a buffet dinner and there is a waiter service restaurant (Filini).
The hotel also has a Spa, a gym and a Kid’s Club (including a small toddlers’ playground) and a range of sports facilities for those looking for an active holiday.
One of the best features of the hotel is its location – a short 15 – 20 minute walk along a wide paved path to the centre of Puerto de Mogan - an attractive fishing port with charming backstreets, many restaurants, a lively beach and ferries along the coast.

The two large pools meant the adults could have a relaxing swim whilst the child friendly pool meant the families could also have a great fun time too.

Tried to reserve a quiet room in advance - in the tranquility zone. They couldn’t do. Allocation on arrival and yes ended up with a room above the kiddies pool and all that goes with it.

Brilliant hotel, had everything we could need and only a 10 minute walk to the beach/restaurants. Very family friendly, lots of activities and the staff all very friendly.
The kids loved the pools, rock climbing and it was great how safe the hotel felt. 100% recommend
