A lovely hotel which exceeded expectations. We had a junior suite which was perfect for a family of four. The Preferred Club facilities were well worth the additional cost making this good value. The staff were helpful and courteous and the hotel was beautiful and right next to the sea. A slight niggle was that we were charged for plain water at dinner. That is the only criticism, everything else was perfect and I hope to return.

Beautiful property which looks like it had seen better days. Needs to be refurbished. They need to decide who their target market is. Pensioners and families don't usually mix well. Shower had mold, toilet placed strangely with no legroom since it was so close to the sink. Confusing to figure out what was included in half pension. Seems like you had to upgrade to premium VIP status to be treated like a guest. Standard was substandard

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was beautifully decorated, the rooms were large and spacious, and the staff was lovely. We loved the pools and the many options for food and drinks throughout the hotel. It never left us hungry or thirsty! The breakfast buffet also had a great assortment of options that pleased all 5 of our family members each morning. This is a great spot for families!
