Hotel Riomar, Ibiza, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

A comfortable,clean and friendly hotel perfectly located by the sea.customer service was exceptional and all staff very friendly at all times.my only criticism was i was unable to obtain information about the in room minibar(as my phone couldn't scan the barcode)which led to consumption of a very pricy bag of crisps which were located next to the "free" tea and coffee?however,when i raised this with reception,on viewing my bill,they immediately cancelled the charge as i pointed out i could buy a bag of crisps at a fraction of the charge at the nearby supermarket?so maybe the hotel should consider leaving a hard copy of the mini bar price list in the room to reduce the potential for confusion.i would definitely recommend this hotel,especially for families seeking a quite relaxing holiday

Loved the hotel. Absolutely beautiful revamp. Beach gorgeous, impeccable interior design. A feast for the eyes. The staff were rude, from manager down to waiters - a culture. The service was non existent most of the time, I was told to 'go back to my table' when I went desperately searching after 30 mins. All the beach beds were removed a week early for closing even though reception said they wouldn't be. Managers response was 'next year guests will have to pay to use them too' promising to treat the next guests worse doesn't make me feel better. And even though kids are allowed, fun, playing and laughter isn't so...
