Came from New York and stayed here for six days with my friends. Beautiful resort, amazing pool, good cocktails and food. We had the room with our own swim up pool. Surrounded by good looking guests and employees. I would say it’s more of a party hotel but there were some kids. It is a bit pricer sure but worth it. There is a live DJ with good house music at the pool everyday. All the staff was very accomadating. Shout out to Alex the main bartender at the swim up bar. We really enjoyed talking with him everyday. He really made our experience enjoyable. I would return here again. Good walking distance to all the bars and restaurants and night clubs.

We had a great stat here with our family, with children at 5 & 7 years. They just loved it, and so did the parents! The kids club were great, they loved to be there every day. Expensive of course, but value for money for us.

Negatives first: We had an issue with our allocated Expedia room. To be fair, it was Expedia's fault not to describe the exact layout of the "Studio Suite (Swim Up)" AKA "Junior Suite (Swim Up). This room has a rather odd layout with opaque glass doors of toilet and small shower cubicle opening directly into the room, and the bath tub and sink within the room itself, and bath towels stored in the toilet. It was not suitable for our family stay. (Please note that the swimming pool in front of the room does not lead to any of the main pools, it's a separate more private long kidney-shaped plunge pool that's in front of a few of the rooms). Unfortunately it took a bit of escalation to finally change our room to a more suitable one for the family: nothing bigger or better-located, just something with a more practical layout.
Positives: once the issue was escalated, the manager Mr Reina was FANTASTIC in resolving the problem and very kindly compensating us for the initial inconvenience. The facilities, pool, beach, food and service in general, and location were all great as far as I'm concerned. The breakfast is amazing. I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to anyone who doesn't mind constant pop/rock music. Thank you again kind and professional Mr Reina

Great hotel! 5-stars! I stayed with my son 4 y.o., one of the few "party" hotels, where you can be with kids. And that's cool! 50 meters - Ushuaia. №1 in Ibiza (Adults only).
It was very cool at the Pool Party (Every Tuesday). Highly recommend! All very positive and memorable. Level!
With kids - only here! Without kids - in a nearby hotel :-)
Peace!

We stayed here for a week to experience the events held here and the Ibiza night club scene. The Hotel was fantastic - we booked a Rock Suite which was totally amazing with a double room length balcony facing the pool, back of the main stage and sea view. The gorgeous young concierge 'Lorenzo' was a great help in booking many fabulous restaurants for us which we would never have found ourselves. The Hard Rock Beach Club dining was a very good standard with entertainment every lunch time, which was a bonus. They just don't have enough luxury sunbeds to cater for all the guests on the beach which is a shame because it always leaves a bad feeling when you can't relax on the beach if you are a 'beach bunny'. There are plenty of beds around the two pools though if that's your preference. I definitely wouldn't recommend it for families- too much adult partying going on. There is a kids pool but any parent with a sane mind would not mix having their children there with the loud music and partying that goes on around them. Too many sights they don't need to see until they are older I say! The breakfast was excellent. Room service was good but as usual expensive. Ice machine on the first floor was a Godsend. So overall a fab hotel - there always a but though- they over charged us at reception! We had already paid a deposit in April but they charged us again - a complaint has been made and we are waiting to see if they refund the double payment!

First time visiting Ibiza - stayed at the Hard Rock. The hotel looks a bit old school but all hotels in Ibiza look old school. I guess that's just the way it is. Staff was great, rooms super clean. Rooms were a bit warm even with AC. Views are great. Gets quite noisy because of all the parties at Ushuaia which are next door but it's ok, kinda complements the experience of being in Ibiza - you go for party, not relaxation. Ushuaia invites all top EDM artists like Garrix, Van Buren, Avicci etc so you'll hear them (not see them) for free. It's part of the experience I guess... anyway, the hotel is really expensive at $500/night... for that amount you'd get something spectacular anywhere in the US or Hawaii but in Ibiza everything looks like from the 70s or 80s so I guess this is ok. Bathrooms are integrated with rooms and a big mirror so you will be seeing everything your partner does while getting ready - ok if you travel as a couple but otherwise, friends or family, it's inconvenient.

Great stay, great food, very close cab rides to old town and the airport, great facilities, and nice and accommodating staff. It was a mix of families and adults so would be nice to have some adults only areas but overall great stay.
