The hotel is superbly situated overlooking a long sandy beach. Excellent for families. We had two rooms in the annexe next door to the main hotel and the rooms were clean, comfortable and air-conditioned, with balconies you could sit out on and admire the stunning sea views. The beach was busy but not crowded and we could always get sunbeds. There was also a very cool beach bar. It was a 10-minute walk to the main port with shops and restaurants. Overall, a very relaxing place. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Cristina, who helped us when we left one of our bags behind in the room.

The hotel is at the better end of pollenca, away from the harbour and the busy part of town, but still near enough to access everything. The resort had everything we needed but none of the things we didn't want ie plenty of bars, restaurants and water sports but no noisy clubs or unsightly development. It's the perfect place for families. The same can be said about the hotel. The hotel is right on the beachfront and so great for popping back to your room during the day. The rooms were well maintained and the morning and evening buffet meals were excellent. The evening entertainment was a bit mixed, but you could easily escape that if you wanted to. I definitely plan to go back to this hotel.

Very traditional but in need of some work.
Hotel very noisy, had a junior suite above the restaurant which was noisy.
Breakfast lovely but under- staffed in the afternoon.

The hotel is an impressive stone and rendered structure with a more modern annex as shown on the photo which does not do the hotel justice. The staff could not do enough for you no matter how trivial or complex. The main hotel is a little dated but that's me being a little pedantic however the same cant be said about the external facilities a fantastic main swimming pool and further kids pool and small walk through pools, large beds surround the pools together with more than enough sunbeds and attending waiters to serve your every whim.
