We had a good stay as it was a very good location to commute to all where we needed to visit(asides the road work on the street which is so frustrating we had to take taxis to walking distance because of my toddlers) They were so kind to drop my daughter a cake on her birthday which I didn't tell them but they must have seen on her passport during checkout.. A very beautiful hotel, we don't get to use the pool as we had lots of activity outside, I will be staying again as I visit Palma often

Was given wrong room keys (2 family rooms next to each other). We walked into another guest unpacking in what we thought was our room. Then separated by 5 floors as they had messed up booking. As an apology we were given two bottle of water and a pack of sweets! Laughable. Had to carry 5 cases myself up and down lifts as no Porter available. On check out I asked for mini bar charges to be removed as a gesture of goodwill which they reluctantly did but I had to wait 30mins for this to be agreed. Won’t stay here again it was very poor on service.
