Hotel Creta Paguera

A fabulous family run hotel in a great location. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a sea view and lovely little balcony. Everything was immaculately clean, including the communal spaces Juan went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and helped with booking taxis for airport transfers and advice on bus travel and places to visit. The bus stop was just over the road with direct access to Palma (a 40 mins ride) and the beautiful Port d’Andratx. Would definitely recommend

Wonderful stay here, it's the staff's attitude that makes difference. Visited few other hotels at Mallorca before, rated 3-4 stars - were outdated, facilites broken, amenities paid extra, not even close to this one. This family hotel cares about guests relax - nice looking indoors, soundproofing windows, blazing fast WiFi, comfortable beds, AC, restaurant breakfast and it's just over the beach. And finally I have found on the island a fridge that works and even when leaving a room. What I was afraid of was a parking space, it's the strict center of the city so there are only yellow/blue lines around, but helpful owners will guide you to the nearest free area (100-200m), or you can park from 0,4€ / 30min - 1,4€ / 150min only at specific hours like 9:30-13:00 and find a place in the meantime. What I can advice to the staff when advertising is don't show deposit information on hotels/booking pages - I wasn't asked for that but was hesitating choosing the hotel (as € is not my primary currency, so I would need withdraw and exchange money just for deposit). Maybe it's just outdated description.

Lovely clean family run small hotel. Fantastic freshly cooked breakfast and all staff are eager to please. Our second time staying here and won’t be our last. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this small family run hotel where absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are excellent, the location is perfect and if this is your budget then do not hesitate but book right now. A very big thank you to the Vich family from Mrs Palmer x

The Hotel Creta Paguera is a lovely family run hotel. The rooms are beautiful and clean and we had a balcony with a sea view . The family are all very friendly and helpful and make every effort to make your holiday special.

A delightful family hotel, positioned literally a stone's throw from the beach. despite being located next to a busy road, we couldn't hear any noise due to double glazing. We also had a balcony with an ocean view which was amazing, and also great for having a cheeky late-night cigar and a cold one. The staff were all absolutely amazing and give it a real family-like/personal vibe as they all care for your comfort at all times. Big shout out to Juan jr. who went above and beyond when helping us with all sorts of thing that we asked for. We can't wait for next year's summer and for visiting this amazing place again!
