The hotel staff was really friendly and nice with us! The food was good, for the amount of tourist they were always keeping it as clean as possible, you do notice that the hotel has already few years and the facilities requires a bit more of love, but it is very nice for family with small kids! Also considering the time I would not recommend going in August as it shares the pool with the other hotel nearby Playa Linda and it can be challenging finding a sun bed!!!

This hotel is very tired and dated and is not a four star hotel. The description is misleading, the staff are not multilingual in fact many dont speak english, the entertainment is not spoken or designed for english, Mini bar in room is a small empty fridge, no entertainment for english children. The food is very good and location is brilliant. If you dont mind being the only english in a spanish hotel then this is the place for you.
