Stunning property with exceptional guest rooms and amenities. Breakfast selection and service was fantastic. True stars of the stay were the hotel team members. They were all customer focused, friendly and proud to provide exceptional service. Claudia on the front desk was new to role and managed our check in with true warmth and efficiency. The Guest Services
Manager overseeing her development was engaged and encouraging but allowed her to handle
the arrivals process without stepping in. Rare to see commitment to empowerment in action anymore - well done! We will return and recommend to friends and family.
