Hesperia Sevilla

Amazing and spacious hotel! Our family of 4 spent a few nights here and loved it. Breakfast was delicious, laundry service quick. The hotel itself has a stunning lobby and rooms. Would definitely reccomend.

Excellent staff (from receptionist to cleaning staff) They extended me a courtesy to an early check in due to my flight being cancelled the night before. The modified my reservation to fit the duration I had requested. Susan / Patricia and the general manager were exceptionally sensitive to my situation. I was also lucky that it was low season and rooms were available. The also got the benefits of the low season in terms of lower rates and recently renovated hotel. The hotel has an affiliated well equipped GYM (metropolitan) that can be used at an extra daily fee (€15) overall it was phenomenal experience 9.9/10 I would travel with my family and will return to this hotel when I come back to Sevilla.

The first room we were given was tiny, the smallest hotel room I have stayed in. We ended up upgrading to a 'junior suite' which was the size of an average room. The restaurant was mostly shut, and what food they did manage to serve us caused me to pretty much spend twenty four hours in the bathroom... Me and my partner ate pretty much the exact same thing all day, except for the Hesperia food, which tasted a bit wrong to me, sure enough three hours later there I was. Location is away from the centre, but getting in is only a 15 minute walk (or 6EUR taxi), so not so bad. Basically - I wouldn't stay here again, and I am pretty peeved that the restaurant was closed. Food and room service are about the main things for me, and to have them so bad was not very good at all.
