The hotel is amazing. It has so much to see. We had booked 3 rooms and they were all spacious and different and lovely. The tunnel connecting the main building to the annexe is brilliant. The staff were exceptionally friendly and nothing was too much trouble Would definitely recommend it friends and family.

Utterly charming and quirky hotel with many patios and sitting areas- junior suite was extremely spacious with its own patio with lovely fountain- room service very good- piano bar on second floor was very entertaining- gracious staff- highly recommended with outstanding restaurants nearby- try Kreade? Japanese- right across street and down less than a block- and El Passaje- excellent local food and efficient friendly service

The only thing I would say is if you have a hesrd time sleeping or have kids request and upper floor. The ground floor is all uneven rock walkways so bags rolling by early in the morning was rough have long days.. but overall we loved it and it was the experience we were looking for. So adorable and so many cute “house” areas to go look at. Central location was nice for walking and being our starting point.

Wonderful place with all it’s amazing eccentric rooms, pathways and rooftops. As a collection of age old houses put together it’s quite an experience. However, our room even though a junior suite was difficult because my husband has bad knees and there’s a lot of stairs just to get into the room. There’s an elevator, but there’s stairs after that. Overall a small problem in the end.
