Hotel was bright and clean. Staff was attentive and helpful and also very nice and friendly. The range of the breakfast buffet was broad and nice quality . I liked the fact that you could have breakfast on the garden if you wished to. The restaurant Reverso was really good. The croquetas we're amazing and their pizzas too. Everything we tries was very nice. The room was spacious and bed and pillows very very comfortable. Only downside is that the bathroom doesn't have steam extractor fan, so it gets very hot and steamy inside, with steam running all over the walls and door. The bedroom's window seal was broken so the window didn't have a sealed close so the music in the bar at night could be heard a lot, as well as people and kids playing. Also in terms of child safety, that window shouldn't open as much as it did if there's a distraction a child can easily open it from the bed and accidentally fall. Our room was 2236. Overall it's a very nice hotel, the pool is big, modern and clean. One minute walk from the Betis football stadium and buses within walking distance go to the town centre. I would recommend the hotel and I would return back to it

Silken Al Andalus hotel, it is really nice place to stay, with friendly staff that look after their customers. The amenities are awesome. The outdoors with swimming pool gives a very relaxing time. It is suitable for couples, family, a groups of friends. Comfortable rooms and cleanliness are the best.

This was right be the soccer stadium and easy enough to find. It had a nice cafe where we had dinner, and it had a variety of options, including gluten free pizza. The staff were friendly and helpful. We made a reservation for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids) and actually had 4 separate beds in our room, which we all loved. There were USB charging outlets (which didn't require a special converter for international travelers). We used this to stay before we flew out of Seville, and it's about a 15 min drive to airport. Overall we had a great stay.

No amenities, room lacks table lamp, too dark to do work productively, took a long time and repeated calls to the reception before someone changed the ceiling bulbs. Room phone doesn't work, had to walk down to the lobby to get any services or help. The work thing was the absolutely terrible dinner. I specifically asked if the grilled served the night before would be available for the following evening dinner buffet and I was informed by the restaurant front area staff that the same menu would be served the next day. Not only that was not true, there were hardly any hot food, four metal food trays that normally would have hot food were all empty, and no kidding here, the rest of the food was absolutely way below standard, there were also no soda, no ice tea, no juice and not even hot water, you got to be kidding me... When I approached another hotel guest and enquired about his opinion for this hotel's dinner buffet, without any hesitation, he said "This Is A Scam!", for $25 Euro, I also felt this dinner place was, well... A Scam!. We were at an Indian restaurant the night before, 3 dishes, 2 nanns, 1 red wine and one Diet Coke (Coke Zero here), less than $40 Euro. The hotel charged $25 per person for this truly unpleasant meal. We spoke with the hotel manager the next morning when we checked out, the female hotel manager was very nice, listened to the voice of my dissatisfaction of the hotel's dinner buffet, and genuinely seemed concern and wanted to improve this hotel...

Overall we enjoyed our stay, but found ac was not very effective and no microwave in room, which was a bit challenging with kids. Restaurants were good and staff was courteous

I had a wonderful experience. I stayed in a junior suite & was pleasantly surprissed at how large the room was. My room was lovely, the hotel was clean, friendly & the breakfast was very good (worth the extra money) The pool was lovely but the weather was not conducive to enjoy it.

We had junior suite which was very comfortable. Small thing was the paper cups in the bathroom and for tea/coffee. For the price I’d expect glasses and cups. Breakfast was amazing, great selection, and so delicious. Staff all very helpful. The pool was great and a godsend in the warm weather. The hotel is about 3 miles outside centre. It’s walkable with some nice parks on the way. However taxis are always outside the hotel and are €7 ballpark. Bus 3 or 34 stop nearby and cost €1.40 (make sure you have coins). Even though this is a conference venue it is still a really good option when staying in Seville and you’d like plenty of space and pool.

Really nice hotel, good location if you want to be away from the centre. A little outdated however as it’s such a large hotel it’s probably difficult to renovate. The breakfast buffet is expansive and the staff are friendly. Would recommend for families or older visitors.

Excellent location 45 minutes walk or €8 taxi ride into city center. Breakfast was 1st class and every staff member we spoke to was lovely and extremely helpful. We had a family room. Which, unlike the pictures, only had 1 sofa bed for my 2 daughters to share and twin beds for my wife and me. The twin beds were very comfortable. The sofa bed was rather squeaky. Its not perfect though as there were no VIP upgrades offered: despite the time of year and the fact the hotel was not at all full. The gym is disappointing for the size of the hotel. 1 very small room, with hardly any equipment. Despite the pool being full of water and the temperature between 27-31C it was closed at it was "off season". This is a shame as my 2 daughters were desperately to have a swim to cool off. Overall, we had a great week and would definitely recommend this hotel.
