Great location, close to Alhambra and good restaurants. Great staff, kind and helping (24/7). The kids had some space for their own, two TVs (though they were never used..) water and some drinks in the fridge.

You are staying in a piece of history. Ideal location, quiet, comfortable rooms. We were a family of three and the mezzanine floor was a nice touch. Very helpful and welcoming staff. I will return.

Great place for our family to stay. Appreciated the loft area for kids and beautiful views. Lots of stairs to navigate but worth it for location. Staff very friendly.

We had a great stay! The room was perfect for my family (upstairs loft for kids). The staff were amazing and welcoming. The only thing we didn’t care for was the breakfast buffet. We preferred some of the local restaurants for breakfast. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.

We spent two nights at this hotel. The hotel is in the center of old town. It was easy to walk around. We were greeted by friendly staff. The breakfast was simple but tasty. We had a family room, which has a loft that I enjoyed a lot. We had a car, so we followed their instructions to park outside of the town and took a taxi in. It seems complicated, but it was pretty smooth.

It was very nice hotel. The location was very good in the city center. The staff are very very kind. I want to give my special thanks to a staff who helped our family to catch a taxi in the busy morning at 9am on 12/15. He came out and walked a min with us and called a taxi! It was a very impressive moment to our family.

The hotel was stunning with plenty of charm and character. We had a nice large family room which was spacious and clean. The breakfast was beautifully presented and tasty. The people who work there take great pride in maintaining this hotel and ensuring guests have a pleasant stay.

Loved the location! Only a few steps up from the main thoroughfare, at the bottom of the Alhambra and close to bars and restaurants. We chose not to hire a car, got a taxi from the airport - booked by hotel for 40 euros however saw on the rank in Granada airport is 25-30 euros. The hotel is old, but it's Granada! Our family room was basic but gave us what we needed. Air conditioning in room which was essential. Breakfast was in a small room, but packed plenty in for all the family to enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved Granada!
