It was a good hotel especially for family and kids. I don’t recommend for adults though. I also booked a sea view room on Expedia. However, the hotel refused to check into a sea view room and Expedia didn’t respond to my emails either.

Good family stay. Great pool facilities for kids and beautiful beach in front of the resort. Water facilities close way too early (around 7 -730PM). Large group of kids still playing and were asked to stop using some of the pools. Pool bar closes too early (around 6 - 7 PM) and main bar only open until midnight

This hotel is ok... fun for children. Not too enjoyable for adults. Its a typical ”package trip” hotel.

Very good facilities overall. Nice pools. Good location for beach. Good selection of food (buffet) but not all well made. Pool area is good, but once walking on dark coloured tiles (as opposed to the white textured type right next to pool) you have to be careful as very slippery. This should be corrected as telling 2-10+ year olds not to run when there’re playing isn’t always effective. Quite a few kids slipped over ending up in tears. Once in the pools, all seems good, no sharp bits noticed, clean etc Parking is on the street and can be quite a walk ....or you pay 15 euros per day for underground parking. Room (number 2017) was disappointing and finish was poor. Doors (all of them) didn’t close properly. Laminate floor was poorly installed so big gaps, AirCon didn’t work despite asking to get it checked. But it was quiet so that’s good. Had booked two twin beds, only got a room with one twin bed and a fold out bed - supposedly it was a room upgrade!? Overall, the majority of the hotel and its surroundings (if you want open empty beaches) is good, but the room was bad.

Excellent kids pools but annoying fountains were off for a day because apparently it was too windy. Huge variety of delicious food. Paid to use spa but steam room and showers weren't working which was annoying. Kettle borrowed from reception wasn't particularly clean. Requested a cot from expedia but had to re-request after checking in. Bed comfortable enough, if a bit hard. Given no choice of pillows though. Rooms have quite a lot of noise from other rooms/bathrooms. Not enough staff at the bar, so quite a lot of time spent queueing for drinks, i imagine because then All Inclusive guests will drink less.
