the hotel location makes it easier to travel around Seoul by metro/bus/taxi, its so close to many touristic attractions including Hongdae. all the hotel staff were kind and so helpful with me. planning to visit again with my family.

The staff is very understanding. I felt bad inconveniencing the housekeeper when my kids were sick but she stayed kind and professional. Recommend anyone to stay here

Way too small for a family of three. We had to put the beds together to feel comortable. Parking is not free if you arrive and there are not spots. Don't stay here if you are traveling with family. Loads of young travelers making noise at 3AM.
