The overall of the hotel is good! Location is good. But the design of the washroom ventilation is weak! The idea of separating the toilet and shower is good, but it should provide an individual bin inside the toilet. I had a great experience with my family

This was our favourite hotel/accommodation during our recent trip to Seoul/Korea. Beautiful rooms, excellent customer service throughout our experience, and fantastic onsite facilities. An excellent location, very close to a main subway station and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We were incredibly impressed and would absolutely rebook again and recommend to friends and family.

Great hotel to explore the Hong dad area. Down the street from the subway. Great view in a corner room. The shopping street and food are around the corner. Area is full of clubs, bars and restaurants that are open until very late. Mornings are very quiet with stores, coffee open later. Not the greatest area if you have young children with you

I have only positive things to say about this hotel. My family of four stayed for multiple nights and every staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping to the concierge, were very professional, kind, and helpful. I have lifelong experience in the American hospitality industry and was quite impressed by this hotel's staff members. In fact, I would rate their service quality to be the best I've seen anywhere. Handful of other friends who had stayed in the same hotel during the same period also confirmed what I have experienced. Rooms and amenities were also above standard in cleanliness and quality.
